Hi I'm Mary...Mother of three beautiful children, who surround me with love and support. I hold a Masters degree in counseling psychology, am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Master level Reiki practitioner. One of my greatest joys is baking and have a plan to change the world one batch at a time.
I have lived (and continue to live) a life full of sweet surprises and joyful moments, with time to pursue my many varied interests. My life also holds challenges, both physical and emotional, which makes it all so rich.
My years of living and learning, of succeeding at many things and failing at some, have provided me with much wisdom. Through the years I have learned about love and loss, joy and pain, thriving and withering and I feel excited and eager to share what I have learned, in the hopes of inspiring others to live fully into appreciate ALL that life sends their way… What I found, it's often all about perspective!
